Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara has announced she's to release her debut perfume in April, titled Sofia.

Vergara has taken inspiration from her home country of Columbia for the product, which features blackberry, sparkling cassis buds and plum notes, and she commented 'I have orchids and roses because those are my favorite flowers, and they're Colombian. I wanted to bring a little bit of who I am, my ethnicity, where I'm from, and I thought it was very cool to be able to get flowers from Colombia actually into the perfume'.
